For more than 30 years, Wendy & Bob Werth have been counseling, coaching, and teaching people how to resolve issues in their lives and create strong relationships.

Bob and Wendy Werth are licensed clinical professional counselors (LCPC) who work with individuals, couples, families, businesses and organizations.  Their work is centered in Adlerian Psychology which focuses on the purposefulness of behavior, encouragement, enhancing people’s strengths, with a focus on the choices that can create a different future.

Known nationally for their multi-disciplinary approach through their backgrounds in counseling, law and conflict resolution, they are frequently invited to present at conferences and to conduct trainings in mediation and couples counseling.
They work together as a team with couples and as co-mediators in a number of environments.   As certified professional mediators they are often asked to use their facilitation and/or mediation skills with business groups, management teams and boards of directors.

Wendy and Bob live in Sun Valley, Idaho, where they enjoy biking, tennis, fly fishing, Nordic skiing, visits from their two children, Whitney and Casey and walking their therapy dog, Charlie.  In addition, the Werths are often asked to travel to work with clients throughout the United States.
